‘Take your time and do it properly’ is a maxim we take to heart at Williams Bros.
Cold fermented as lagers are supposed to be, it takes it's time to brew... true to the traditions of it's classic Czech and German equivalent. The evolution of our straight up easy drinking lager is nigh, meet it's successor "S189/14". The 14th version of this recipe, now dry-hopped with Cascade pellets & fermented with our house S-189 lager yeast.
Pale & refreshing with citrus & floral notes, the perfect thirst quenching lager.
Gluten Free - Gluten has been removed & beers has been tested below 20ppm GF Threshold prior to release. The cans do as yet have gluten free stated on the artwork but it is printed on the bottom of the can. Please see our Gluten Free FAQ for more info.
