JOB: E-Commerce / D2C Retail Assistant (Glasgow)

Headline Job Details: 

• Full-time or Part-time/Job Share - Permanent.
• Location: Glasgow, Finnieston (G3) area.
• Hours: 30-40 per week.
• Mon-Fri Dayshift.
• Starting from £10.90 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing online D2C orders on our eCommerce platform(s) including stock levels, general availably and basic back end webshop management.
• Arranging shipment of online orders with courier in an accurate & efficient manner.
• Pick, securely pack, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.
• Maintain our high customer service standards including liaising with customers/couriers about shipments in transit, missed/updated deliveries or damages needing replaced.
• Maintain a clean & tidy work area.
• Stock rotation.
• Follow paperwork procedures meticulously.
• Work with our sales teams to plan, create & execute marketing campaigns/promotions including annual calendared events & special/new releases.

Skills (Additional training will also be supplied):

• A hard working, reliable individual with the ability to work alone as well as a collaborative member of a team.
• High attention to detail & problem solving abilities.
• Impeccable customer service manner & communication skills.
• IT / Computer / Website management skills (Training will be given).
• Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace.
• Fit & able to lift packed boxes and stack on pallet (up to 20kg).
• Marketing, content creation and social media management experience would be a bonus but not essential.
• Forklift license a bonus but not essential (potential for training)
